As our boats are made in China, the North American Free Trade agreement does not apply for our inflatable boats. Duty, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of our US customers.
According to the FedEx Service Guide, if duty & taxes cannot be collected from the recipient, then the shipper is responsible for those fees. We have experienced delays when we asked our US customers to pay these fees directly therefore we charge these fees at the time of order for faster transaction and delivery.
