Returns & ExchangesSeamor Marine is dedicated to providing its customers the best possible products and services available. We want you to be happy with your Seamor Marine inflatable boat purchase experience. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will make every effort to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with your boat, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. The shipping cost and any additional fees related with your purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by a Return Authorization number (RA#) assigned by Seamor Marine in order to receive credit. Returned items must be in brand new, completely unused condition with the original packing slip. All returned orders must be shipped prepaid. Do not return product as C.O.D. Seamor Marine will not accept any goods freight collect or C.O.D. Returns will be inspected before final decisions are made on credits. All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was used in the original purchase. Otherwise, all refunds will be made by company cheque. Please allow 7-10 days for cheque delivery.
